il relate (document publique) les differentes actions que bioware et interplay se font..

et si vous regardez bien a la fin du document , le prochain jugement du proces aura lieu le 11 fevrier 2002 .. donc il est normale de penser qui'il ne se passera rien avant cette date la..

je recopie le document au cas ou bioware l'effacerais ;)

accessoirement , la bagarre a lieu pour 900 000 $ quand meme... c'est pas 3 brouzoufs....

Voici la nouvelle rumeur à ce sujet:

Bioware is reported to be negotiating with Vivendi Universal on the publishing rights for Neverwinter Nights, which was initially to be released through Interplay until Bioware cancelled all contracts with Interplay earlier this month.
Note that we do NOT have a reliable source for this news yet, but Turtled says, some (unquoted) magazines have reported this news - still, handle with care...

Traduction rapide: Une souce pas très officielle mentionnerait qu'il y aurait des négociations en cours pour que NWN soit publié par Vivendi Universal. À ma connaissance, Vivendi n'a pas de license pour publier un jeu basé sur les règles de D&D...

Salut a tous.
D'abord un p'tit salut, car ca faisait longtemps que je n'étais pas venu!
la FAC....
Y'a plein de nouveau ce que je vois!
pour ce topic, je commencais a m'interresser sur la sortie du jeu, j'ai pas trop le temps pour tout ce qui est module.
pour les rumeurs, je les prends la légère, la seule appréhension que j'ai, c'est: Pourvu qu'il sorte un jour, qu'il nous l'annule pas!;)

Le premier document n'apprend au fond pas grand chose : c'est simplement un renseignement sur la procédure pour des royalties, mais sur l'édition d'autres jeux. C'est lié avec la rupture du contrat pour NWN, mais ça reste quelque chose d'indépendant.

Pour la rumeur sur l'édition par Vivendi, là c'est clairement une rumeur. Reste le fait que Bioware n'a pas la license, ce qui n'est malheureusement pas une rumeur.

A voir comment tout ça évolue.

Le thread a été éffacé comme prévu du forum officiel.

Quoiqu'il en soit, il semble désormais douteux qu'ils soient en mesure d'annoncer la beta avant la fin de l'année, dans 3-4 jours maintenant. Donc, si elle est toujours censée durer deux mois comme je l'ai lu quelque part, il n'y aura pas de date de sortie avant minimum mars 2002.

Quelqu'un de chez Bioware ('me souviens pas qui, je devrais arrêter de fumer. Et de boire aussi. Ouais, ça aussi), avait estimé que le developpement devrait être achevé fin hiver 2001, et que donc l'ouverture d'une beta serait à suivre. Si ce nouveau délai se confirme, on pourra se poser la question de savoir s'il est d'origine technique ou en liaison avec les péripéties juridiques.

Cette rumeur est plus que compréhensible puisque Titus avait indiqué l'été dernier que l'ensemble des jeux Interplay (PC et console) serait distribué par Vivendi en Amérique du nord... sauf NWN (distribué par infograme aux USA / Canada). NWN devait être normalement distribué par Titus, par l'intermédiaire de Virgin Interactive.

Maintenant, avec les diverses évolutions qu'on connait (ou qu'on ne connait pas :p), on peut comprendre que Vivendi rafle également la distribution de NWN...
