Connection difficile ?

Pour info :
N'arrivant pas à me connecter ce matin, et en "pingant" correctement europa.com, j'ai envoyé au service technique un mail....
Et dans l'apres midi une réponse :

"The log-in servers are currently not accepting players at this time. Until this issue is resolved, you may not be able to log into any of the shards. Players who are already connected to a shard will be unaffected. We assure you that we are working diligently to correct this and we will update you once we have more information.
