Funcom ce fou de nous

Dans l'incapacité de loguer a nouveau mon perso depuis leur patch d'urgence (le patch normal allait bien). Perso qui etait dans Varmint woods. Plein de gens sur Rubika2 on le même probleme avoir zoné ou avoir essaye de loguer depuis ce patch d'urgence dans Varmint fait qu'il vous est impossible de loger ce perso et ce depuis 18H déjà.

Le post technique de Funcom est plein de gars dns la même situation.

Résultat je mail funcom pour leur demander que faire voila ce qu'on me reponds :

LOG ON PROBLEMS AFTER CRASH AND DISCONNECT / CHAT

As you crash, your character is still logged in. It can take from 5 min
to ca 1 hour (rarely longer) before the server will realize that you
are not there and as such log your character out. Usually it takes
about 5 - 10 minutes before you can log in again. I am sorry if it
takes longer than this, and we are working on the situations where this
occur.

One thing that might help though, is to log into Anarchy Online Chat
found at http://community.anarchy-online.com/chat and delete your
friends list.

Please be patient as we are working on the situation.


LOG ON PROBLEMS DUE TO INVALID CD-KEY

We need you to fax the CD-key (photocopy of either the page in the
manual where the key is, or on the jewelcase) to us at this number:
919 - 806 - 0365 (US Fax) with proof of purchase. We also need you to
attach your RT ID (found in the subject of this mail), and your email
address.

Alternatively, you can scan the information requested and send it back
to us.

We will then send you a new key ASAP.


LOG ON PROBLEMS DUE TO PATCHING / PATCHING PROBLEMS

If you experience problems related to patching, please do the following:

1. Uninstall Anarchy Online by using the 'add / remove programs' tool
in Windows' control panel.
2. Delete the entire Anarchy Online folder
3. Reboot
4. Copy the Anarchy Online CD to your harddrive
5. Install Anarchy Online from the harddrive
6. Start Anarchy online, but do NOT type in a username and password as
this will start the automatic patching. Download the 11.0 to 12.1, the
12.1 to 12.2, the 12.2 to 12.3, 12.3 to 12.4, and 12.4 to 12.5 patches
found at "Go here to download .exe patches" in the Anarchy Online
launcher.
7. Install the patches in the correct order (accept the user agreement,
but do not log in between the patches)
8. Log in for 12.6 to be patched automatically.


If you get corrupted files message, please verify that the version.id
file in the main anarchy folder has been patched properly, e.g. shows
the version that we were patching to. If not, please edit it to the
correct version. Then copy the correct checksums.chk and
checksums.chk.sig files into the cd_image\data\launcher directory.

Note: (These files are in a gzip format but can be opened with winzip
in windows)

If you get the "dimension file does not correctly reflect the server
version" is most probably caused by a web cache or proxy. The list of
dimensions and the version each dimension runs is downloaded from a web
server whenever anarchy starts. If this file is old because it got
cached somewhere between you and our servers, the game will find that
the dimension file says something else than the server itself (which
will always give the proper version number when asked).

To manually remedy this, open your web browser and go to this URL:
http://dimensions.anarchy-online.com/live-dimensions/dimensions.txt
This is the dimension file anarchy downloads on startup. If the version
is not reflecting the remote version shown in the anarchy launcher, you
must force your web browser to do a refresh from our web server. In
Internet Explorer, this is done by holding Ctrl while clicking on
refresh, and in Netscape you must hold shift while clicking reload.
After that, you should see the correct file.


LOG ON PROBLEMS: DIMENSION IS DOWN

Make sure you have only one Anarchy Online folder. If you have two
folders, delete the folder Anarchy Online Test and use Anarchy Online.
In any case, the file you should use is Anarchy.exe in your Anarchy
Online folder. If this doesn't work, follow the procedure above under
Patching Problems. If you still experience problems with this, please
reply to this mail.


LOG ON PROBLEMS DUE TO INVALID PASSWORD

Please go to http://register.funcom.com and look up your password. If
this password doesn't work, please reply to this mail.


LOG ON PROBLEMS DUE TO FROZEN ACCOUNT

A batch of accounts was closed due to cancellation. The numbers of
accounts closed in this update were quite big. In the future we will do
this on a daily basis.

If your account was closed and you would like to re-subscribe, login on
the account page and push the button 'reactivate subscription'. This is
all you have to do to continue subscribing to Anarchy Online. The
script that makes it possible for users to do this was activated
earlier this week. Users that have tried to reactivate their account
earlier and find their account frozen should try to Cancel and then
Reactivate the Subscription.

Users where the account has been closed without a cancellation should
log in on the Registration site and check their Transaction History.
Problems should be clearly marked in the table. Please check your
credit card information carefully and be sure that it is correct. Then
you should resubmit transactions in the Transaction History. When the
payment has been confirmed, you should be able to reactivate the
subscription.

Any questions or problems with reactivating accounts should be sent to
support@funcom.com with 'reactivating account' in the Subject.


OTHER LOG ON PROBLEMS / STILL EXPERIENCE LOG ON PROBLEMS

Please reply to this mail with other log on problems. The following
should be done and/or included in the mail:

1. Run dxdiag.exe which can be found in your Funcom\Anarchy Online
directory, save the file and send it back to us for examination.
2. Send the AnarchyCrashLog.txt file, AnarchyPatcher.err and
Anarchy.err files.
3. Run the tests under the Display flip in the dxdiag program and send
us the results of those.
4. Your account username

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail for your forum account,
