Salut, je viens pr reactiver mon account , oui j avais uo 2D depuis lgt mais j y avais a peine jouer 10 min maintenant que j ai de koi pouvoir jouer a UO kan je veux reactiver mon account ( il date de presque un an) on me dit que la session a expirer puis me demande de suivre un lien pr une nouvelle session mais la je tomve sur une page et j ai bo chercher je voi pas ou je pourrai reactiver un compte alors svp aidez moi

Je n'ai jamais réactivé un compte. Je pense que d'autres personnes ici seront plus à même de te répondre.

La démarche à suivre pour réactiver un compte :

To reactivate your Ultima Online account, you must visit the Account Support page of www.uo.com. Once there, use the "Modify account" option to view the account. You will need your account name and password. Here are the steps to follow:

1) Under "Modify Account", click the button that reads "Edit Acct"
2) Enter the login and password for your account
3) On the summary screen, your account will be “Suspended”, unless it is already “Active.”
4) Under the question "Do you want to reactivate your account?" click the "Change Plan" button.
5) On the next screen, select your form of payment. If you choose a credit card, you will need to update the credit card information, and the card will be charged US$9.95.
6) If you do not wish to use a credit card, you can input an unused Gametime code.
7) Once the website takes your information, your account should be reactivated after a short time. If you are unable to login to the game, check your password and UO patch version to make sure they are correct. If you decide to call Account Support, make sure you have your account information ready so that the representative can assist you.

ben la ca l air d etre bon il semble que c quand je change le site en french ca me dis ca sinon kan je laisse en english c bon, et le message you have insufisent found on your account bon ca se sera vite corriger

Ca arrive si tu passe trop de temps sur chaque page. Les sessions ne durent (suivant le reglage) que quelques minutes, apres quoi le site "l'oublie" sciemment et tu redeviens un grand anonyme...
